Claire and Beth Weekend

Claire came out to Colorado for the weekend. We had a blast shopping, dining, and just spending some good girl time.

We had a wonderful sushi dinner in Boulder

Then walked around and shopped Pearl Street in the snow

Then went out to the spa in the snow!

It was a great weekend of pure girl fun!

Beth's First Big Game

Friday Todd and I traveled up to Wyoming for a weekend get away! It was my first time in the state of Wyoming, killing my first Speed Goat, and shooting a few Prairie Dogs!
It was great to get to share this with Pete Forster and Pop pop!

Todd was very impressed with my shot, I made a great kill shot from 223 yards away!
He was very proud of me and he was very excited.

It was a lot of fun getting away and seeing all the beautiful country side and all the animals, it was crazy!

Shooting Prairie Dogs is way more fun than squirrels. They are huge and once you shoot they all stand straight up to see what is going on. Oh my oh my what fun that was!!!

Todd visited the dentist on Monday and now has new pretty teeth.

The Change of the Aspens

Helen, Michael and I enjoyed a beautiful day in Estes Park. This is a very busy time of the year for Estes Park, because the Aspens are changing colors and the elk are out buggling.

It was a great relaxing day hanging out together.

Weekend Wedding in California

This last weekend Todd and I set out to California to see our good friend Chris and his new bride Kasey get married. It was great to spend time with all our friends and family. On Sunday, we left the 100 degree weather in Fresno to come home to 50 degree weather in Loveland, talk about shock to the body.

The Rockies Game

On Sunday Todd and I went to our first Rockies game. Beth's work had a family event with a lunch and great seats. It was hot but lots of fun meeting all the family members of the staff. It felt like a Grizzles game but Better!

Todd and I were out shopping on Saturday when out of no where it started to hail. We made it back to the truck and drove as fast as we could to get out of the hail. The hail was coming down so fast and hard that dirt was flying out of the holes it hit. We were very lucky at this time the hail was soft. Todd and I laughed the whole way home because it looked as though seagulls were pooping on the windshield. By the time we got back to the house the hail had harden but luckily the truck was safe from dents.
